We typically process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Domestic deliveries usually take 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
How do I determine the right size for ethnic wear?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your chest and waist and comparing it to our chart. For ethnic sets, choosing one size larger than your regular slim-fit shirt size is often recommended for a comfortable fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Do you offer customization or bespoke tailoring?
Currently, we offer standardized sizes as listed on our website to ensure quick delivery. However, most of our ethnic wear includes margins that allow for minor local alterations if needed.
Which payment methods are accepted at Vastramay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
How should I care for my Vastramay garments?
To maintain the quality of the fabric and embroidery, we recommend dry cleaning for all silk and heavily embellished products. For cotton items, a gentle hand wash in cold water is advised.
