Return Process

  Log in to your Vastramay account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect a pickup slip for your records.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
